Savour Niagara is a celebration of Niagara's finest wines and foods, combining an evening of tasting with a series of educational seminars and cooking demonstrations. 2010 will feature a cooking demonstration with Michael Olson, Chef Professor, Niagara Culinary Institute.
Niagara wineries work together with restaurants to offer a scrumptious tasting of VQA and specialty wines married with fresh, flavourful tastes of innovative dishes prepared by the region’s most creative chefs.
