Savour Niagara is a celebration of Niagara's finest wines and foods.    Niagara wineries work together with restaurants to offer a scrumptious tasting of VQA and specialty wines married with fresh, flavourful tastes of innovative dishes prepared by the region’s most creative chefs.  In 2011 a cooking demonstration will feature Canadian Food & Wine Institute, Niagara College Teaching Brewery on  "Cooking With Beer".
