SBCN would be pleased to coordinate a 2 hour focus group for your business including refreshments, the use of our boardroom and technical equipment for only $150 + GST. A facilitator can be provided for an additional cost.

The WEMIN program still needs mentors to match with protegees from the following community partners: YWCA Job Route program, Folk Arts Council of St. Catharines Crossroads program, Women’s Resource Centre, Niagara Women’s Enterprise Centre, CAIPS and Bethlehem Projects. Mentorship pairs meet on their own time, for an average of one hour per week, where they exchange business plans, career strategies and professional support. Mentors and protégées are also provided with seminars, support and access to resources and tools to help them succeed. The Women’s Employment Mentoring in Niagara (WEMIN) program increases the success of women facing barriers to employment by pairing them with professional mentors from SBCN and WIN, who help them navigate a return to the workforce.
